One More Time – Welcome to Join Us, 31 October – 1 November 2026!
Dear exhibitors, industry professionals and visitors,
The Gold Silver & Watch professional trade fair will once again take place on 31 October – 1 November 2026.
There is already a great buzz around this year’s event. We currently have around 25 exhibitors confirmed, and we believe this will be a fantastic and memorable weekend for the jewellery, gold, silver and watch industry.
This year, however, the event also carries a special meaning. As things currently stand, these will be the final Gold Silver & Watch fairs organised by Petri Järvinen and the current GSW team.
Petri has been involved in organising professional trade fairs for the industry in one way or another for several decades. Now it is time for new people, new energy and new ideas to take the lead.
We sincerely hope this does not mean the end of professional jewellery and watch trade fairs in Finland. If there are individuals, companies or organisations interested in continuing the tradition, please feel free to contact Petri Järvinen. We will be happy to help make it possible for the event to continue with a new team and a new generation of organisers.
But first, let’s make this one a weekend to remember!
60 Years – Another Reason to Celebrate
The weekend also coincides with Petri Järvinen’s 60th birthday, so Saturday evening’s celebration will include a little something extra – special entertainment, extra hospitality and, most importantly, a great opportunity for our industry to celebrate together.
We hope to see as many industry professionals as possible joining us for the weekend.
Exhibitors – welcome to create a fantastic final GSW event together with us.
Industry professionals – even if you are not exhibiting, come and visit, meet old and new colleagues, discover new products, do business and enjoy the atmosphere.
Let’s make Gold Silver & Watch 2026 a memorable finale to a long chapter in our trade fair history – and perhaps, at the same time, the beginning of something new.

However, we have been thinking of publishing Gold, Silver & Watch magazine and we are happy to receive news, information about new products and possible announcements from all of you. The magazine will be published at the end of October.
We make a magazine and hopefully get several of you involved in the content of our magazine.
News and product innovations are free.

WELCOME, GOLD, SILVER & WATCH FAIR
The fair is a great meeting place, and in fact the only event of its kind in Finland. Foreign companies, too, are expected to participate, both as exhibitors and as guests of the fair. The Gold, Silver & Watch Fair has been in contact with other associations and actors in the Nordic and Baltic countries. Hence visitors from these countries are also expected.

Good number of exhibitors are expected and we look forward to welcoming you to our event. A record selection of products and services and the largest number of exhibitors for years! Also remember the Saturday and Sunday lectures and the Saturday night cocktail at 6pm

Exhibitor fee:
Registration fee 400 € + VAT Price per square meter less than 20 m2 55 € / m2 and more than 20 m2 / 40 € m2 + VAT
Construction and dismantling schedules
Place
You can start building your stand once you have paid the stand rent.
Building time Friday: 30.10-26. 15:00-21:00 hrs
Building and maintenance time: Saturday 9:00-11:00 hrs ja Sunday 9:00-10:00 hrs
Dismantling time sunday 16:00-20:00 hrs
The exhibitor card must be visible all the time while building and dismantling.

TALKING ABOUT THE FAIR
Trade fairs are an important place to show and get customers in touch. Sales are just one part of being at a trade show but of course important.

You can always discuss the venue, but it is easy to get to Scandic Helsinki Aviacongress by car and plane, and you can easily get to the fair directly by bus from the airport.
